Shimless lifter buckets...need info!

I am going to get a spare head for my turbo'd 5S-FE and want to do the following:

1. Port & polish it
2. Get a 3 angle valve job using stainless steel valves
3. Use shimless buckets

For #3, does anyone know the proper way to order the shimless buckets? How do you measure the gap (just like before when ordering shims?) Does anyone have Toyota part numbers?

I thought about also getting a set of camshafts from WebCams...but another $600 isn't in the budget!
