Hey, im lookin to replace my engine. But i dont know which one to get. I want somethin under 3 grand with alot of horse power. I found a v8 for 1600,(http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...9-P824C53.aspx) but i dont know if i should put that in my car because i would had to convert so much stuff to accomidate it. So, what engine could i drop in that puts out more than 200hp without a turbo? If there is one for that cheap. If not what engine would ya recomend?

1991 mr2 N/A..just bought it from some guy who didnt take care of it, it is complete stock.

good choice and it's already been done. though a small block V8 would be awsome, that would be alot of fabricating... I'd love to see that.. drive it too
