Do you actually have both the brake light and the P/S light are both coming on? If so, that means you have two separate issues as they don't use the same reservoir.

What did the P/S fluid level look like? Make sure you actually look under the cap. I had a car run dry once because the plastic reservoir was stained from the fluid so it looked fine.

The e-brake does not use your hydraulic braking system, it's purely cable. If your brake pads aren't dragging at all this means there is something likely wrong with the sensor.
