Can't Find The Fuse Box, HELP!!!

EDIT: Okay I found the fuse box under the dash tonight and TRIPLE checked the fuse for the cig lighter, to my surprise it's in perfect condition. So I plugged in my radar detector and started the car, it didn't work. Then I plugged in my Magellan GPS, again it doens't work. So what could be the problem? It obviously's not the fuse right?

I have a problem with my 91 MR2. Tonight I blew the fuse of my cigarette lighter and I've been trying to locate the fuse box to replace the fuse. I know there's a fuse box under the hood (not the one), a fuse box in the engine bay (not the one either) and one under the dash. However I took the plastic door sill off, the big plastic piece under the steering wheel off and I STILL can't find the damn fuse box! Can someone tell me just how I can locate it so I can replace the fuse?

Driver side kick panel if I remember correctly.

It's on the side, not under the steering wheel. It's behind the frunk release handle. Hope you're flexible, it's a tough one to get to.

New problem! I thought it was the fuse that blown for the cig lighter but after finding the fuse tonight (thanks everyone for the help), the fuse was in perfect condition but the cig lighter still doesn't work, so what could be the problem?

Maybe a bad connection somewhere. It might be a lot of work to figure it out. Do you have a voltage meter? You could see if it's getting juice or not. Other than that, I don't know. Good luck!

Have you checked that the wire is plugged on the backside of lighter?

is it just the cigarette lighter or other things as well? The cigarette lighter, clock and stereo all run on another fuse in the frunk.

if you have power to the things 4DMR2t mentioned, then you may just have to replace the cig lighter. they're cheap.. go to Wally Mart
