Nothing against you, but if you read the stickies at the top of the page, type in '3sgte' in the search box, and keep up with the reading you'll be able to gain so much information. At least that's what i'm doing. -Ferry

Any cost estimates are EXTREMELY general but it can be done for as little as $3-4K. You can easily spend significantly more than that. It's highly recommended that you do your own research if you tackle this project because there's lots of ways to do it and the best one will be dictated by your circumstances.

You hold the brake with your right foot while working the clutch with your left. If you're new to manual transmission cars I'd focus on learning how to shift cleanly before advancing to heel-toeing or rev matching.

You are approaching this question from the wrong end of the process. What you need to do first is research what the finished product needs to look like (what mods your car will need)then figure out a step by step plan for getting there. If you do it this way you'll end up spending a lot less trying to get where you're going.

Before you do ANY upgrading of your car you should make sure first that it's mechanically sound. If you find things that need to be dealt with this can effect the order in which you do your upgrades. For instance; I had been intending to get wheels/tires first for my car but found that the suspension was shot and ended up addressing that first.
