wheels/tires?

What size wheels should i get for street racin? 17" or 18". And what tires do ya recommend? i have $1800 to spend on wheels/tires. So what would be my best choice?

A - Don't race on the street.
B - 1800 should fetch you some really nice jdm tight, nice-lipped rwd specific rims. Look around, it's whatever you like, it's up to you, not us.

I would highly advise not racing on the street, and I would also highly advise not getting 18's, and spending all 1800 on rims and tires, spend up to 1200 tops, and use the rest of the money for something else.

remember, 1 split second, 1 decision, and everything turns upside down.

talking about street racing is a no no here. so if you don't want your threads locked, stay away from that subject. and stay away from street racing.
as far as rims go, don't go larger than 17's. make sure you stagger the ff and rr sizes for proper handleing. if you're real nice to 4DMR2t, he might reccomend a good offset for you...
