I want to change my AFM on my 91 turbo,mainly because i think the temp sensor is playing up,it occational runs realy realy rich for a minute,then all of a sudden clears itself and runs fine again.
But i wanted to try a upgraded AFM,one that doesnt have the big restictive flap in it,
So i was just wondering if anyone knows of a way i can change it for something that doesnt need the flap to meter the air???

there is no afm upgrade...only stock one that i know of...most ppls eliminate by going with a vpc or EMS.....

whats vps or ems??

VPC is a unit made from HKS. It is a Vein Pressure Converter.
It wires into your factory ECU and allows you to get rid of the AFM completely.

EMS is engine management system ... this is a whole new ECU for your car.
