Mr. Hyde need help on Kaaz LSD

Hey guys,
I recently found a slightly used Kaaz 1.5 LSD for $280. Is the price ok? And can anyone tell me the benefits of this LSD? What does 1.5 mean? and compared to others? Mr. Hyde, what can you say about this? Thanks in advance! By the way, i've searched the forum and only found one thread.

1.5 means that that specific LSD was designed to equally split the torque during acceleration, and slpit half the torque during deceleration.

I have heard of Kaaz before, and from what i remember they are reputable. I have no experience with ones other than oem, so take that with a grain of salt

Sorry, I'm not going to be of any help on this one.
I have only used the OEM LSD and have yet to see reason for any more than that offers.

The one MR2 I went for a ride in that had aftermarket LSD was quite noises and notchy when turning. Quite frankly, it sucked.

That's about all I know on this subject

Not having LSD would encourage you to spin just a wheel, not the whole car.
