intercooler install...

Ok so its time for a new intercooler. So I whent to the part store and they are selling me a intercooler for $250 is a racing intercooler that can hold up to 350 hp (not bad) and like 20 PSI of turbo (something like that). But there is a problem will it fit my 92 mr2 ?? cuz is a common intercooler only is shorter and very wide. but MR2's stock intercooler have both entry and exit tubes on top and the one they are selling me have one in one side and the other in the other side so i dont know if it will fit but the guy told me he khows a guy who can make it custom fit my car. If anyone knows where can i find a mr2 intercooler plz tell me .THX

greddy...spearco..border all IC kits for mr2s....measure your stock IC and then you'll have the rough dimensions of what will fit or not..its a tight space there....find out how much it will cost you to get custom IC made..add in the cost of the other IC and then decide if its cheaper than just getting a kit designed for our cars...

check for ARC intercoolers as well.
for a factory option, look for an ST185RC/ST205 air to water intercooler setup. good times!
