windows foggin?

sup,
i just got my car broken into, and replaced my window. it raining over where im at and my windows fog up real bad not just mist but like water running down all my windows in the inside. is this due to water entering from my replaced window or is this normal. i dont remember this happening before even when my t-tops leaked

the same thing happens in my car...but only the passenger side...it also leaks water...the guy i bought the car from told me that window was broken once...the only solution to this i can see is new weatherstripping/rubber seals...even then though, the gap between the top of the window and the t-top seal is quite big...i'd say like 1/4"...this can't be normal for sure; the driver side window is fine...

does anyone know any quick fixes?
