2nd Generation SW20 turbo exhaust help

I have a 92, mr2 with a gen3 swap. its hard for me to find a good exhaust that will not be to loud and wont cause to much attention from the cops. like showing to much piping and stuff like that. i want to get the Greddy SP exhaust but cant fine it. then i wanted to get the blitz nur spec 2. then i seen this exhaust by border. its called border racing burnout. it looks sweet. im having a hard time choosing me please.

i would avoid all single exhausts especially blitz nurspec if you don't want it too loud...look for a dual like greddy..garage fukui or hks dual draggers...

my exhaust is an hks dual dragger system...just the mufflers though...rest of piping is custom 3" from downpipe all the way to the "Y" before the mufflers....heres a better shot of it..

Why dont you try looking into a TKO exhaust from KO Racing? They give you the option of choosing muffler sizes and exhaust tips for loud or almost oem noise levels. I'm getting one as we speak and I chose the 7" mufflers for that Ferrari sound. Go on their website and it will have the different sound clips for each of the muffler sizes. I believe they have a sale going on for their exhaust systems too!

If you want the website it is www.koracing.net

well i like them both. 6 and 7 tko. but i think i might have to go with the more quiet one. the town i live in the cops are crazy stupid. they pull you over for anything and then start looking for stuff to give you more problems . well thanks again and i think im going to go with KO.

You can buy a $100 Borla muffler, 3" in and out" from Summit Racing and have a shop fabricate piping and a tip for you. I used to have this set up and it had flattering tone to it and it was not overly loud (even without any cats).

Just keep the tip to 3".
Big tips will end up giving you big, annoying noises.

wow there are alot of options i quess. well this makes it harder. ill think about it. i really like the garage fukui and the TKO. what one should i get. the only problem with the garage fukui is that there is not that much room to go over bumps. and the TKO has a little more room but i like the sound of the garage fukui better. well people help me please.

try searching in japan for those 5zigen dual exhausts the one i have is perfect for stateside, its nice and burbly, bassy at idle and throaty through out the powerband but at the same time discreet. not an abnoxious thing.
