Stock boost is set at 7psi. The safest setting for stock engine would be at 7-11 psi. The most boost a ct26 would safely put out is 16 psi at the max, but at this point you would need to have aftermarket parts i.e. exhaust, downpipe, intercooler, boost controller, boost guage, fresh ignition components, intake, fcd, fuel upgrades, etc... Are you bone stock right now?

Factory boost is 11.8 psi.
Under certain circumstances it gets limited to 7-9 psi.

The most boost that is recommended to run with the CT26 is 15 psi.
Beyond 15 psi, you are out ofthe CT26s efficieny range resulting in minimal power improvement with a serious increase in the probability of detonation.

As for how much the stock internals can handle, that depends on how safely you develop you system. I ran as much as 27.8 psi on a 202,500 original 3SGTE.

There is no "header" for the turbo engine.
There are tubular manifolds and they are not needed for the power level you are at.
There are much better paths for you to go down..

I already indicate above what stock boost is:

"Factory boost is 11.8 psi.
Under certain circumstances it gets limited to 7-9 psi."
