SSautochrome turbo

OK I already know (from reading everyones opinions) that the turbos on ebay are garbage... and I know everyone would rather go N/A instead of running on an ebay turbo but what about the ssautochrome turbos? I no they are up and coming right now but some of their products are not as bad as they may seem... My question really is... is the ssautochrome t3/t4 bound to break down on me within the first 10 - 20 miles like everyone says or are these only for those crappy ebay turbos that some chinese guy makes in his garage?

i don't know who is making them... probably not "some chinese guy" in his garage like you said... but ssautochrome is regarded as crap from EVERYBODY i have seen/heard use it

honda-tech has had numerous complaints of their manifolds cracking, anywhere from 1-3 months

my engine builder, that turboed my 5s, said they sent him a manifold and it was just horribly cheap and didn't fit well...


i would stay away from them... with all the other options, especially around 3sgte's, get something nice

Sorry for the stereoptype... I have many asian firends just said that since we have japanese cars and such... Your right it can be a mexican for all i know....

I'd definately stay away... i saw a thread on honda-tech where an ssautochrome turbo split in half, as if it was glued together.
