Where the Hell is the Jack??!!!

Hi, drifted my car into a curb the other day , broke the rim and bent the rear tie rod so that my back wheel is now turned outward. Cool huh??

Anywayz, all I got to do is replace the tie rod and the wheel and I will be good to go.

I can't find the FREAKING JACK!!! Christ!! My car didn't have the owner's manual when I bought it and I can't find the jack anywhere. I've looked all over the internet and you would think that some simple information like where is the jack located would be an easy thing to find. NOPE Anyway, if someone could helps me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks

the OMG scissor jacks are crap.

I rather just get yourself a nice 2-3 ton jack. It works 10 times faster.

Well, i dont no about everyone else but my jack came in a little toyota pouch in the frunk under the spare tire.... If you said you looked all over the place and couldnt find it maybe it ran away with your owners manual lol.... Seriously get a hydrolic jack... they are 10 times better

Use a hydraulic jack to jack up your car. Use a pair of jack stands (or 2 pairs) to support your car. And just in case, put your rims under the car when you are working underneath the car!!!!

try looking in the small compartment behind the driver seat and also the passenger side.. if you dont have the stock subwoofer option then there is a compartment there. i keep my jack there..

Agreed. Don't use the scissor jack that comes with the car. Get a 2-3 ton jack at your local car parts store. It's not that expensive.

OK LMAO UUUUMMMM???

Ya don't you think I would have gotten a hydraulic jack if I could have. I'm stationed in Japan, plus I live in a dorm room. So I can't really run down to the store and buy a jack. Well I could but then I wouldn't have anywhere to put it because I can't have that kind of stuff in my room.
Anywayz, I just wanted to know where the jack was so that I can get this done. Someone probably took my jack along with my owner's manual. Crazy ass Japanese people!!

The jack is a foot and a half long, at that. Small enough to keep in your trunk.

If you don't have the proper equipment, don't bother doing it. Is it worth losing an arm, or a leg, or your life because of one tie rod.

Or better, if you don't have the proper tools and you don't have space to store the tools, get a garage to do it for you. Is $200 worth your arm, or your leg, or your life?

If its not in the front trunk or "frunk", then you mostlikely don't have it.

Have any vidoes? Where are you drifting at exactly? MKII?
