Please Help! Car wont start!
Hello. I have a 1986 MR2 non turbo. The other morning I tried to start it (it is a manual). The car turned over, but jumped forward. The clutch master cylinder was bad, which I replaced. Then when I tried to start it, it wouldn't tun over at all. I can hear the starter click. I tested the starter, and it is fine. Battery is fine. I tried to pop start it, which it started and ran great. When I shut the engine off and tried to start it again, same thing happened. It isn't the safety switch, because I can hear the starter click when it is engaged. This all seamed to happen when the car jumped forward when the clutch master cylinder went bad. I am in medical school, am very poor, and can't afford to bring it to anyone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
