is it possable to pass smog on my 91t if i replace the main cat with an aftermarket down pipe? i know not visually but i was wondering he the secondary got is good enough to keep the recommended hydro carbs and CO down.

it almost certainly will not pass with just the secondary.

Find a friendly smog guy... you should be okay

. I can always help if needed... but it isn't exactly cheap.

we dont have no rules down here once your turn signals,horn is working and you have insurance your car can drive on the streets i have a friend who has a open exhaust on his all motor civic ,its loud as f@#K but he legal! you guys need to visit the bahamas one of these days or probably move here
