FTO V.S. MR2 turbo

Do you guys remember in one of my 1st post here , i had a friend that got a Rx-7 turbo broken at the strip.Well he just showed up at my home with a Mitsu FTO and he whants to take me down . He didnt tell me what he had under the hood but i know he has BOOST in his FTO!!!(how much i dont know). So I am really expecting a good race.But can anyone give me info on this car???Thx!! my best Personal time at the strip 14.5 @96

We dont get FTO's in the states. Your guess is as good as mine. I think its about time I headed down to PR and got myself a piece of JDM.

I beleive FTOs came with a 200 bhp 1998cc 4 cylinder.

maybe the V6 was an option? I just read that they have 4cylinder engines on another site?

Ok so we run in the strip and 1st race i won by 1/2 car , second race he won by 1/4 car then i won again this time by 1 car WOOT!!! so He was really mad (cuz he hates Toyotas )He is running 17 psi and other good things under the hood that he didnt whant me to know.
My best personal time got better with a 14.1 @ 99 mph i am running at 15 psi.
