Its been assembled, its just not in the photos. The downpipe is BIG 3" ID and runs to the same spot as the stock exhaust hooks up to the muffler.

As for the spark plugs. For the most part they are easy. Plenty of clearence to pull them out with regular tools. The only issue I have run into is that the middle coil pack cant be pulled out without removing the throttle body but thats no biggiee.

Well, this car hasn't been on the road yet. I can tell you it will be making a LOT more than my V6-T is. The intercooler and turbo on this new V6 are much more efficent than the ones on my car. I have roughly 300 ft/lbs at 8 psi if that puts it in perspective. With the LSD and narrow tires this car should be a bit more fun on the curves though

I know not everybody reads the other board so,

Well here is another update: I have started on the wireing and installing the intercooler setup. Please keep in mind the car is still far from finished but I want you guys to see how short the IC pipes are going to be  As you can see the wires for the EMS are all going to be run under the throttle body and down the IC pipe. That way they will be practically invisible when the engine cover is open, it also happens to be the shortest run for the wires to the EMS. Im sorry about the fuzzy pics but I snapped them with my phone while I was working on the wireing.

Anyway on to some pics.

This is the hole for the pipe that enters the trottle body surrounded by a flexible rubber gromit. This should prevent damage to the pipe in the event that the motor torques more than I expect or TRDNY makes 500 ft/lbs with this beast in the first week of tuning LOL. The pipe can also move up and down in the oval shaped hole thereby reducing the ammount of flex the top coupler has to deal with.

Here you can see the single pipe custom bent to fit so that there will only be two couplings on this section.

A blurry shot of the IC core from under the car. Notice the flexable rubber sealant around the IC. very air tight. There will probably be a scoop to help ram air up through the core at speed and I also plan on building a baffel in the trunk to assist the air exiting the IC core.

Another shot while pulling wires. Im going to fab up the rest of the IC pipes tomorrow after I finish the wireing. Yes the outlet pipe has paint on it, ill clean it off tomorrow.

I guess I should clear that up. This is the second V6 turbo I have built. The first is in my video. The engine is from a Toyota 4runner SUV. The stroke of the pistons is actually shorter than the 3S-GTE engine so technically the bottom end with its similar rods can rev higher than a 3S. The Z in 5VZ-FE designates that the engine was disigned and built for the TRD supercharger. We are just using a turbo instead

More to come....

Seems like a lot of work and then sort of a bottleneck to stick with the ct26 no? Is it an upgraded CT?

In a BIG way. On 7M-GTE's I have seen this perticular upgrade put down 500 to the wheels. I hope we can get a tad bit more than that before the pistons and head gaskets give out. Im not so confident in those toyota head gaskets though. I know for a fact that the transmission can take the abuse internally since we have done quite a bit of work to it, but we also have a lot of components that must be upgraded before the car can handle those kinds of power levels.

We went with the CT upgrade to keep the all toyota look. I want to show how toyota could have done it if they werent a bunch of law suit fearing wusses. This will be true supercar performance for far less than you can buy "sporty" modern car. I wont make any claim as to what I think the 0-60 will be but Ill let you guys crunch the numbers for yourselves.
