1) which one would you recommend?
2) i heard the 2zz swap in an MKIII is difficult and people experienced a lot of drivetrain problems because the chassis/drivetrain isnt meant to support the power. can anyone who has experience elaborate? is it a worthwhile endeavor? or should i just forget the swap and weight reduction stuff and stick with the $40k elise?

My budget Elise
Im in the process of a 2zz in the MK1 right now. Bolting it in is not all that difficult. Redoing the fuel system and evap was pretty simple too, once I figured out what I was doing. Wiring is going to be the most difficult as I have finally been able to source my JDM engine. Its from a Corolla Fielder (minivan) in Japan only. 190hp @7600 rpm and 133 ft/lb @6800 and using the 6spd C60.
Some info for my swap can be found on
