85 MR2 help needed....

ok here is the situation...

A friend of mine tried to change the clutch in his 85 MR2.. so he took the motor and everything out of the car, did the clutch.. they sent him the clutch for an 85 and it did not work so he needed one for a 86 - 87 or something. he has a jdm swap in it so it was not the stock motor. it is a N/A motor though.. jdm 4age I believe. anyways he drained the oil and anti-freeze out of the motor, took 2 days to put everything back together. Final result the motor is seized solid... he removed spark plugs to see if it had compressed, but he tried jump startin it, and the tires just squacked and froze solid... any Idea's, I can't see a motor seizin in just a day or so??

i don't understand what the tires have anything to do with anything. you can try to squirt some light oil down in the cylinders and soak it until you can turn the crank with a socket/ratchet. the JDM has nothing to do with anything either as he probably just has a hi-comp 4AG-E. nothing to do with anything you mentioned.
