5s-fe smog question

Just purchased a 93 mr2 in California that was brought in from Oklahoma from a military person. It has header, k&n intake, no cat's, and no egr. Smog label is Federal, but my question is: what parts do I need to pass smog? I know the CA model has 2 cats, and federal has 1, but what do I comply with?
Also, with 17's what size tires and pressure is recommended?
Thanks in advance for help!

You'll need a cat and oem egr system installed and functioning properly to pass both visual and tailpipe test. If it is listed on the vehicle emission label, then it should be on the vehicle.
