differences in 91/92 distribuator?

I had recently ordered trd plug wires and they obvisouly didnt fit cause they had clips on the end of them so i did some research and i read that all i would have to get is a 92 distribuator cap and everything would be cool. ( i have a 91t by the way). but after tring to put everything on, i realized that the terminal on the plug wire going to the ignitor is way to small. my first Q is can i just get a later model ignitor for my set up to work? my second Q is does trd only make wires for the later mr2s cause i sure i ordered 91 wires?

91/92s have the same wires & distributor.
93+ have the changes.

If you have a 91, I would get the wires for a 91.
Why swap ignitors & cap just to accomodate a later model wire?

You can try selling those wires.
How much do you want for them?
