Another Turbo ? J&h!

hey a friend of mines wants to sell me a GT 3571 turbo for $700.00 the compressor housing is 50 A/R and the turbine housing has a t3 4 A/R will this be a good turbo or not will i have alot of lag ?

I am not familiar with that turbo.

Keep in mind if you buy "just" a turbo, you are going to need:
*an adapter plate to get it in our manifold
*downpipe to get fro mthe turbo to the rest of the exhaust
*oil lines
*coolant line if it accepts coolant or block offs for the stock lines if it does not
*wastegate (unless it has an internal wastegate)
