2nd Generation cooling fan trouble

hey i have a problem with my cooling fans. They are on all the time. I have checked the wiring and it seems as if there is nothing wrong with it. One of my buddies said it could be one of my cooling fan relays. The problem about the relays is that there is more than one cooling fan relay. Does anyone know how i would be able to figure out which would be the bad relay?

If the coolant temp sensor is bad, the fan will be on all the time.
Check that too.

There are several coolant temp sensors on the car - 3 IIRC.
The one you want is in the front on the p-side of the radiator.
If that goes bad, the car defaults to having the fans on all the time.

i have this same problem...i noticed an electrical connector (it looked like it had 4-6 pins in it) near the front of the car under the hood on the drivers side that was left unconnected...
is this the sensor that would cause this to happen?
