removing front fenders?

i got a pair of hood hinges that i'm having a problem installing because i can't take off the hinge bolts without taking off the front fenders. has anyone ever taken there's off? is it easy?

the fenders...eh there kinda hard if your car was like mine(bolts breaking) but it wasent to difficult
hardest part is where bumper and fenders meet bolts are hard as hell to get to

Ohh that part. I have not remove the fenders yet but when I remove my front bumper. It took me over an hour and with about a million different tools to get those bolts out.
