fuel problems?

Over this past couple month my car has been kicking ass at 15 lbs. But about a week ago i was backing up and i rammed my exhaust against a curb. Only problem that it caused was that i had to replace a bolt and a gasket after the secondary catylitic converter. but now when i set it at 13 lbs, Ill floor it, and it will jump to 13 and immediatley drop back down to 10 and hold. No matter what boost setting i have it on it will jump back down to 10 lbs. I also have my tsvs disconnected. Its got the sound like its pushing hard but somethings restricting it. Im assuming fuel filter problems? something fuel related? I would appreicate it if you guys could help me out a little.

Given that your problems started when the exhaust met a curb I would be looking for issues related to that first. Vacuum leaks etc.

take your time on the manifold studs/nuts. i have had two break so far this year. both as a result of a turbo install. and if one snaps, its a MAJOR PITA to get it out.
