turbo question

just added the t3/t4 to my car i didnt do the fuel upgrades yet rit, rite now the boost it set low i wanted to know how much boost can i run on the stock fuel system and still be safe ? the car sounds great but am kinda scared to hammer the bitch cause theres a fear of blowing up !

You are most likely safe up to 14 psi, but you might want to keep to 12 psi for peace of mind. What's your wastegate spring?

its a 38mm wastegate and the spring is 8 psi i think,i was wondering when i turn up to about 12 will i feel a huge difference now that i have my t3/t4 and do u think i will have traction problems ?

There is a HUGE difference between 8 and 12 psi ... could be as much as 40 rwhp!

TRaction be an issue? I have no idea what your traction set up is

^^ on decent tires that's true. Crappy tires will take your nice drivable MR2 and make it seem like the car has been watching too much FormulaD.

T3/T4 .... there are many different configurations.

There is not just one "T3T4."

Canada manifold

hi i own a toyota MR2 turbo 1993 with the original turbo.unfortunately my manifold and downpipe are getting to old and i have to weld them each week.so im looking for a new manifold and downpipe that would fit on my factory turbo.there are many manifold and downpipe offers on ebay but i just dont wanna buy a cheap one .can you help me by telling me what should i look for in a good one. thanks
