Code 24 is the temp sensor in the AFM.
It could be short or broken wire between AFM and ECU.
Take the AFM out and check the resistance.
You can also use a voltmeter to check the voltage.
The procedure is listed in the BGB.

OK so your sayin i should take out my MAF and then check it for voltage??? do you know if this code can make my car start up for about 5 seconds then turn off???? Even when I try to rev its like the more I press the gas it still stays in the same RPM about 2-3K even at half throttle... running rich while doing soo and sounding like a machine gun a loud loud machine gun.... then as soon as I give up and let go off the gas its just turns off????
