engine whine with amps?

i just installed two amps in the two...a 4 channel and a monoblock...i'm getting a lot of engine whine from the speakers though...i'm using a group loop noise filter right now, which helped, but the noise is still there as long as my deck is powered on...does anyone else with a system have this problem?...has anyone found an easy solution?

someone told me that the MR2 has this problem because the battery is in the front and the engine in the back...thus resulting in some kind of grouding problem? any ideas guys?

i had this problem. mine was fixed by grounding the 2 amps at the same point instead at 2 different points.
