Yah, they wanna take it, inspect it, send it back to the seller, then they MIGHT send a refund... but I know they will say it was improperly packaged. Not to mention by the time the seller gets it and mails it to me again it will probably be dust.

I cut my losses and opened the box. I'll just have to have it repaired.

What a load of crap. Bet you money that they put those hurdles in place just so you won't put a claim in when they screw a package up.

Have you talked to the seller about it? Seems to me that you shouldn't have to shoulder the whole cost of making this right.

I did, and all he was willing to do was file a claim with UPS, as he said it wasn't his fault. I think it was... as look at all the (read: sarchasm) packing on those delicate corners :rollseyes:

Looks like the seller and UPS are at fault. Seller diddnt put enough packing material and UPS played soccer with it for a while. Anyone seen Ace Ventura?
