Factory Stereo

Hi all.

I have just bought a 91 Mr2 t-bar. It has a factory fitted radio/cas system. I have bought a CD tuner was am going to fit that. Two questions

1; how do i remove the factory radio/cas

2: is this adapter the one i need to connect to a new cd tuner.

thanks in advance

Paul

Dunno about the adapter. You should be able to find directions on how to remove the stock radio here: www.mr2-tech.com

welcome. head unit was the first thing i did on mine.

it was surprisingly easy/straightforward. i am on my 4th head unit (long story) and now takes me about 20 min or so. i would recommend buying the wiring harness adapters as well so its a simple plug-n-play.
