2nd Generation V6 4.0 swap?

can i swap the 2006 V6 4.0 from a 4 runer? i have a friend that its parting out his car and the engine its brand new, not even an oil change!!! he told me that i coul have the engine VERY cheap if i want it, help FAST, i need an answer.

2nd Generation transmicion

well i want to know if it will fit the transmicion with minor mods just like the 1mfz and the 3mfz (3.0-3.3)
