That is a steal bro. If it runs then you're already ahead.
But as what will need to be looked at, everything. Likely needs shocks, bushings, valve gaskets, normal wear and tear. But 180,000 is not by far the death of an mr2. Not even close, just do your tune up and drive it, IMO the alternators are the problem at high mileage but I have a feeling alternators don't like me...
Clutch master/slave cylinders should be checked out. The n/a mr2's are great, reliable cars.
