Need a motor

Hello all, I have 2 aw11's an 85 and an 86, the 85 is a parts car because it is wrecked. I need a motor for the 86 (neither has motor) and dont want to spend much in getting one. I will be installing myself and was wondering what motor would be the best buy for me? Is it hard to do the 20 valve swap? I remember a few years ago that a 3sgte swap was rare and was wondering if that is still a difficult swap or if more people have done it. I would like to use either the 4age redtop 16v or a 20v, but want the easiest swap I can get (if 20v isnt too hard I may go for that) Thanks.

Btw, any good places to get new windshield and sunroof?

Windshield you'll want to get locally. For sunroof and engine i would check www.car-part.com.
