2nd Generation greddy timing belt prob

hello all,
well here is the deal , im finishing up my 3sgte build and now im installing my greddy timing belt, the problem is that i cant seem to get the tensioner bolt on while the belt is installed. i got rid of all the slack except at the #1 idler. I bought the D-jetro belt for the JDM engines. What needs to be done to install this belt?

Thanks alot

I haven't done a timing belt on a 3s yet. If you can hit us with some pics we might be able to give you some suggestions.

Have you checked the BGB to make sure you're following the correct procedure?
