What turbo? What fuel system? Max boost or daily driven boost?

You can run 20+ psi as long as you keep detonation in check. Thats what it's all about...sufficient fuel, both engine and IC cooling, proper timing, tuning, etc....ask yourself how far are you willing to go and how much are you willing to spend? $$$$ Money can get you anywhere you want!

I would say install the aftermarket IC and go to the dyno .Do some runs and see where you're at.Sounds like you're in good shape. They can help you determine how much boost to run and what HP/TQ you will have at those levels. Some of the others on this forum can tell you more.
Who does the tuning on your car? Determining those values should be done by someone with extensive knowledge and experience. not only for best performance but safety(both the engine and yours) and longevity. We would all be interested in knowing what you come up with.

I am currently looking for a place with a dyno and is a well known place to get my car tuned at so that everything is right and done right the first time. Thanks for the help and the reasurance that i am in the right direction of what i was looking for! The longevity is taken care of by the dual stage boost controller i can run one boost level around town and the other at the track. I will definatly show the numbers when i am done but it is going to be begining of August before the motor is done! Thanks again

The guys with the dyno should be able to tune your fuel..of course, that cost extra. The 3 dyno's we have here all charge $100.00 for three runs and another $60.00 to tune fuel and map.. Hope this info helps by giving you a baseline to compare to.
