Can you buy new windshield pissers?

Mine suck. In fact, one doesn't even work anymore! I tried cleaning them and soaking them... no go.

Can I get new ones from the dealer? They said they couldn't look it up as the car was too old, but if I had the number they could order it!

They are pretty generic. Saw an artice in Popular Mechanics a while back about how to clean 'em; I think Toyotas are fluidic so I'd pop the pissers out and soak them in white vinegar (if you are 1/2 Italian like me or greater you will have other kinds around which will not do your pisser any good to put in! ) for several hours. See how that helps and then go to Advance or Auto Palace where they have the "HELP" parts (new little shit like door handles, cranks, pedal pads, most of it seemingly to fit '77 Ford Grenedas) and look for windshield pissers if they are still like an old man with a prostate the size of a shot-put.

Yes, blowing could be very good for your pissers. I don't know why I didn't think of that before. Air Compressor has so many uses! I might get the bonnet ("Hood" just seems so wrong for a compartment with no motor under it) off the MR2 in Jack's Junkyard and if the pissers on my rusty, bent bonnet are any good you can have them.
