Any boost controller is installed between the wastegate actuator and pressure source (compressor or intake manifold)
For the AVC-R, NO goes to the compressor side and COM goes to the wastegate side.

Do a research on how boost controlling and wastegate work first.
If you understand how things work, you will know how to hook up any boost controller.

Also, you can also download the manual from Apexi website.
The installation instruction is on page 39.

Where are the hose that you unplug from the actuator?
That's the one that goes to NO port
Do you have the manual for the AVC-R?
Turn on page 39.
If you don't have one, download it.
You will need it.
