I have a 1991.
Any body work needed for 94 Taillights Conversion?
Just need to double check before doing it myself.

There is a write up on mr2.com or mr2oc.com. You actually don't have to cut holes but rather bang the crap out of that section to get it to fit. Also, I would use the old wiring harness and splice the new light connectors since they fit better. Good luck this is the best appearance upgrade you can do to an mr2 imo!

I read that you have to drop the crossmember and upgrade you wiring harness all the way to the frunk. The trunk lid has to be cut and the rear fenders need to be oh come on, I'm kidding.

^^^^ He's right, DON'T cut hole, use a nice rubber mallet. If you haven't noticed, the metal on mr2s is very thin and gets thinner underneath the panels. Under the tails is no different.

use a rubber mallet...to make room for new reverse lights if needed..on some cars they slide right in...while on others..u have to make some clearance for them...
