autocrossing my MR2




it was running mostly quite well. i had a couple gearbox issues, but it'll all get taken care of in time. there are more pictures http://gotcone.com/nrscca_autocross07232006, but you'll have to weed through 39 pages. there were some pretty cool cars out, and a fun course.

i won my class, B-prepared, only because i was the only car in it, haha.

yeah, i have a set of 225/50/R15 Hoosiers that i'm picking up from a friend very soon, to go on a set of stock '93 wheels i have sitting in my garage.

the suspension felt fantastic, especially for how little i have done to it. my chassis is a 91, with 93 springs and Tokico Illuminas. very balanced and i'm glad it was still easy to control rotation using the throttle, just like it was with my 5SFE in there. just more power now.
