Need a turbo

Im in the process of fully building my 3SGTE the only problem is that i can't decide on a turbo. I've thought about the t3/t4 but i don't like the fact that they are only oil cooled, also the CT27 from ATS, of the GT25R kit from extremeboost. Does anyone of any other kit good for 300-380wph?
Thanks alot.

You can get T3T4s that are water cooled. I originally had one in Hyde.
I would not recommend buying anything from ExtremeBoost.

Where can i find a water/oil cooled t3/t4 at? How did you like your old t3t4. If you dont mind me asking, what was your setup;bottom end, head, fuel sys.,ecu...ect Im just looking for some successful builds to get an idea of what i would like to accomplish.

Thanks

also 300-380 whp on a ct27 is pretty optimistic. iirc the people that cleared 300 were at 22+psi on race fuel. streetwise i usually see it in 250-270 range on an untouched motor. my ct27 didnt even get me that high but the jdm engine is tired.

I ran my T3T4 on a 100% stock engine and made 351 rwhp.
See here: http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/slips_dyno.htm

I ran 550 cc injectors & Walbro pump managed by a SAFC + VPC (I don't recommend this route!)

Anyone that sells T3T4 turbos should be able to sell you a water cooled one.

mmm...Seems like all the t3t4 are used with stock bottom end. I going with a built bottom end 8.5:1 compression, built head, all fuel and ecu supporting mods, and rotaing assembly balanced and trunck IC. Will the t3t4 still be a good canditate?

You should choose a turbo based on what you want it to do.
When do you want it to spool? How much power do you want from it?
What kind of power band do you enjoy?

Having a built engine just means that it will handle high power levels or be more reliable at lower power levels. That being said, any turbo can be used with a "built engine." There are people out there with built engines running the stock turbos.
