I have a problem....
well its simple when i set the MBC to 15 psi the cant wont reach 15 psi its starts to bog at 5 psi and jumps to 10 and then back to 7 psi and hesitate but if i set it any lower its ok. so i think its the turbo I have the oem ct-26.Thx for the help. 
o yeah and the turbine has 131,851 miles on it i think is time to change it.......
