i have a 3rd gen 3sgte. and i would like to no, what is a very good intercooler for this car. i always see spearco water to air. but what do you guys think.
My overall objective is to make about 350 relaible daily-driven whp without hurting my 3rd gen in anyway....just enough to pick up the front wheels IMHO.
lol yah i no, just wanted to see what you would say about the wheels off the ground. thats what i waws thinking about. spearco air to air. thanks. how much do you think it would cost me?
i ended up paying about $1200 shipped for the spearco sidemount kit w/ spal fan. it was either pay that, or wait a few extra months... if i waited, i believe i could have gotten it for about $1000.

If you are only planning on 350whp you might want to look into the Berk intercooler. It will cost you 1/2 the price and do just fine. Plus it comes with shrouds, fans, couplers, clamps.. etc.
where can i find a spearco intercooler. for sale. for some reason i cant find it anywhere. i live in so cal. riverside area. can you help me with a location or something please.

ohh and one more thing, are the spark plugs the same size as the 2nd gen and 3rd gen 3sgte. i would like to replace those. and i keep finding th intercooler kit for like 1300 or more. how do you guys get it for 1k. and i would like to no if there is anyway that i can find the greddy sp exhaust. i no that greddy stopped making it, but ill do anything to get one.

Spark plugs are the same between the Gen2 and Gen3. I would reconsider getting the Greddy SP exhaust if you are shooting for 350rwhp. It has an inside diameter of 60mm (~2.4") which will become a restriction as you go for more power. If you plan on making 300+ go for a 3" exhaust.
so i should get like the ko racing 3" then. would taht be a good exhaust?
I'm running the TKO 2.5" dual exhaust and I've been very happy with it. The 3" TKO would definitely meet your goals. Pretty much any 3" exhaust will do, your budget and personal taste will determine which one is best for you. Check out http://www.madpsi.net/MR2ExhaustsPage.htm for a list of specs and pictures of pretty much every MR2 exhaust out there.
