A 93' for $7000?

I'm seriously lookin at a 93' MR2 Turbo with 90K miles, Manual tran. Overall in great shape, but the seller claims there is a minor oil leak (which i couldn't see) and the passenger side t-top leaks a bit. He said you can just squeeze some silicone into the rubber seals that mold around the frame around the t-top glass, but im not sure how accurate that is and how much it would cost or if it's worth it to fix these couple things. Lastly, when i took it for a test drive, i noticed the steering wheel was REALLY stiff, like the power steering fluid was low or somethin, couldn't check it, but was wonderin if someone could tell me if this is a common issue with 93' mr2's. Any thoughts would be helpful, or even things to watch out for that may not be able to be seen by my naked eye. Thanks.

OK t-top leaks are common on the mr2's. Oil leak could be anything. And as for the steering wheel it could be with out power steering fuild or the mr2 does not have power steering, it may have manual steering. Where in Ma. are u and where is the car? I could go and take a look at it for u, and tell u if there is any thing else wrong with it.
