I say the gfx and stuff was painted after, he says it's factory. Was this ever factory? Or was it a dealer thing or something?

I dunno for sure about your question, but something tells me this person is not telling the whole truth

a few small scratches here and there from almost 30 years of use
Still has new car smell (Just incase you missed it...)
The interior is like new and still has a new car smell

Like new smell... 160,000 miles... I can believe that. Oh, and I'm sure they made MR2s in the 70's :p

that isn't factory.... there were 85's that had 1/2 painted bumpers and black trim/spoiler
