An Exhaust Idea...

I had an idea for an MR2 exhaust where one pipe is maybe 3in in diameter and the other pipe is 2in. with both having the same tip size muffler. I think it would add a really cool and unique sound to the car and was wondering what you guys thought of this idea.

if your buying an exhaust just to make it sound cool then you need to get a honda and go screaming down the road at 30 mph.

its power that makes exhaust sound nice...

That would also create a really shitty imbalance of exhaust flow.

well im just exploring, i mean think about it. have a 3in pipe for primary, but have some of the flow go out the smaller pipe for a different sound. lets assume it didn't make your exhaust flow shitty and it actually worked with no ill effects on your engine, would it be a cool idea? think about it, people who don't already know your car hear a strange sound coming up the road. it sounds like nothing they've ever heard. as you fly by everybody's head turns with several shouts of "WTF!!!" and people are immediately asking who/what the hell was that? oh and tha knight fall: i already have a honda, im trying to get rid of it for an mr2.

you will create vortexes which will impede your exhaust flow.

if you have an n/a go for it, wont hurt a thing

if you have a turbo, this works out to be a like a 2.25 inch exhaust. so just go three all the way.
