Gen1 I have a new write up done

I replaced the strut inserts which was actually a lot of fun. KYB GR2's nothing special. BUT THE SAME STEPS are followed for those of you who want to plop in some 5 way adjustable koni's, etc. As always, please critique and leave comments!

Ben

Gen1

lucky you! I added another write up:

Replacing the front outer tie rod ends in your mark one mr2.

I bought the tie rod ends from twosrus.com

Hope it helps!

the tie rod ends have a lot of play and are quite adjustable. Look into getting a whole new set of rears too (also done a write up on my site about those) as those can have a lot of play. I think twosrus.com just warns about having at least half an inch of the tie rod screwed onto the axle. other than that there is room for adjusting. Plenty of guys here and at mr2oc use them on their set ups with the 5way konis/st springs/etc.

good luck!
