KYB Strut replacements

I got some replacement struts about a year ago and just noticed a clunking in my front suspension. Come to find out, the top nut that holds the strut cartridge in had stripped itself completely out! The passenger side is about halfway out. The ones on the rear look to be on their way out also.

I know there are a few other guys on here with AGXs. Has this happened to anyone else? I assure you they were not cross threaded or not tightened properly.

Where can I find some new struts? I'm gonna check twosrus, but I'm not sure where else to look. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

i got kybs on my front... didn't have this issue... prolly wasn't torqued properly and the the intense weight pulls on them causing them to appear cross threaded
