What are the possiblilties? I'm currently nagotiating with a dealership over a 2000 mr2-s and first thing i want to do is an engine swap...I heard a celica gt-s would be a good one to go with...what are the other options and what hp/tourqe would it be stock?

I think someone put a the honda k20 motor in theres and they got good results! My advice to you is do a search it should be here somewhere!

The Celica GTS swap is by far the most easy. 1.8L and you can go with the 6 speed manual.

There are a couple of folks out there with 2GR engine swaps working in the MR-S. Thats something to think about.

I suggest you learn to handle the car first though.
