distributor caps.....

ive got a 1990 mr2 turbo and theres to different types of dizzy caps i can get theres one with the little plastic bumps where is says 1 and 4 and one that just continues along with the shape off the cap........ i ordered the one without the bumps and i checked and mine has them will that matter the rest of the dizzy cap is the same exactly.........help

but i saw the pic of the one for the age of my car and its got no bumps............the one i got does............its 1990

if it were me, and having problems finding the right part, i would look at parts for other cars with the same engine (ie, celica)
